Group Adult Family Care

Support, independence, and community — every day

Our Group Adult Family Care program provides daily assistance for adults living in housing communities. Members receive the care they need to live safely and independently — and caregivers can make an impact while building relationships with multiple people throughout the day.

Care in Community

GAFC creates a supportive environment where adults live independently while receiving help with daily tasks — surrounded by neighbors and friends.

A Flexible Caregiver Role

Caregivers can provide services to multiple members in a day, helping reach desired hours while making a difference in the lives of several people. It’s a chance to grow skills, relationships, and community.

Daily Assistance

Members receive support with tasks like medication reminders, meal prep, transportation, light housekeeping, hobbies, and social activities — all tailored to their needs and comfort level.

Oversight & Resources

Caregivers and members always have professional guidance, training, and support to ensure everyone thrives safely and confidently.

Care that builds Community

Group Adult Family Care brings together the best of both worlds: independence for members and meaningful opportunities for caregivers. Adults receive the daily support they need right at home, while caregivers can serve multiple people in a day — growing relationships, reaching flexible hours, and building stronger communities.
